DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL ENERGY ORDINANCES

Michael Gabel has successfully worked with several jurisdictions to develop, write, analyze and appear on behalf of the following local energy ordinances which have been approved by the California Energy Commission:

Section 10-106 of the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 1, requires that any city or county jurisdiction which passes its own local energy efficiency standards must go through a process which includes review and approval by the California Energy Commission.
