LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS

Using the standard U.S. Department of Energy Life-Cycle Cost (LCC) method with information on the first cost of different energy conservation measures (ECMs), we can provide a detailed report which identifies the ECM which has the lowest cost over the useful life of the energy measures. An LCC analysis is particularly important on larger projects where building owners require a rigorous energy and economic analysis on the value of installing particular energy-saving technology.
