TITLE 24 ENERGY COMPLIANCE OVERVIEW

Gabel Associates will assist you in meeting California Title 24 energy requirements by:

• Assessing whether an energy code analysis is required (see Frequently Asked Questions); and if so, deciding what compliance options are available and which seem best given the nature and constraints of the project;
• Thoughtfully and accurately analyzing the project to determine whether it meets energy code requirements; and if necessary, testing several cost-effective energy compliance options;
• Working with you to decide which set of energy measures makes the most sense for each project;
• Providing all required permit documentation, including hard copy reports and/or electronic files for placing onto CAD drawings; and,
• Following through with a prompt response to any plan check comments, including talking directly to building department staff to streamline the process when necessary.
